These terms and conditions apply to the website www.tamvo.co.uk, its contents and products, they do not apply to other websites owned or run by Tam Vo Co. Limited
By using the website you confirm that you are at least 18 years old, or, if you are under 18, that you are accessing the website with the consent of your parent of guardian.
Under no circumstances shall Tam Vo Co. Limited be liable for any indirect, special, incidental or consequential damages of any kind, regardless of the form of action, whether in contract, tort (including negligence), strict product liability or otherwise, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
2. Copy Right:
You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, republish, download, display, post or transmit any part of the website without written consent from us. Images or content from this website may be printed out for legitimate use relating to the company.
The images on the site are for informational purposes only and are automatically protected under UK copyright law.
Any infringement of design right or copyright (such as copying by other manufacturers or retailers) would entitle us to take civil action in court with a view to seeking damages.
You shall not use the website in any way that will damage it or interrupt its provision. You shall not use the website to transmit or post any computer viruses. We cannot guarantee that the website is free from computer viruses, and you should take your own precautions in this respect.
3. Website Availability:
We will try to make sure that the website is always available however, this is not always possible and we are not liable if the website is unavailable.
The website may contain links to other websites; these external websites are not under our control and therefore we cannot be held responsible for such websites and cannot make any guarantees about them. We provide these links because we think they might interest you, but we do not monitor or endorse these other websites.
We reserve the right to terminate the website or remove any of the services on it with immediate effect at any time.
Very occasionally information displayed on our site may be incorrect due to system errors. We will of course make every effort to avoid errors but if they do occur we will not honour inaccurate or erroneous prices.
We have designed our website for ease of use by those new internet shopping, to the more experienced web surfer and the quick shopper who knows exactly what they like. Simply browse through our collection or search for a specific item until you see something you like.
4. Product Descriptions:
Every attempt has been made to ensure that the jewellery displayed on www.tamvo.co.uk is as accurate as possible, however some products may appear larger or smaller than their real size and since every computer monitor is different, variations in colour may occur.
The product dimensions supplied are intended to give only an approximate indication of the size of individual products.
All our items are individually hand made and for this reason they may vary slightly from piece to piece in terms of size, shape or colour tone (exclusive of jewellery made with SWAROVSKI ELEMENTS). This is the beauty of a handmade product. All our handbags and NON SWAROVSKI ELEMENTS jewellery products are made from natural materials, therefore any inherent defects, minor marks should be acceptable as the nature of the crafts.
We provide comprehensive information as to how to care for your jewellery. We cannot accept responsibility for problems with your jewellery if this advice has not been exactly followed.
Gift Certificates are transferable but are not redeemable for cash. Tam Vo Co. Limited is not responsible for copied, lost or stolen Gift Certificate and codes.
Gift Certificates are redeemable only at www.tamvo.co.uk.
The term 'unique' or 'unique design' when applied to a design or product on this website means that the design has at least one difference to any other design on this website. Although we would never copy other people's work, we cannot be held responsible for copies of our unique designs by other people known or unknown to us.
All Products are subject to availability. In the unlikely event of a change in the specification or quality of the goods ordered we will happily offer you a substitute item of the same or better quality for the same price, which you shall be entitled to reject.
Our prices may be subject to change without notice.The Price of the Products will be as stated on our Website at the time you submit your order.
All Products must be paid for in full before being dispatched.
Foreign Currency prices (if any) quoted are for informational purposes only and are very approximate. Your credit card company will convert our Sterling prices into your local currency using their own exchange rate at the time of purchase.
5. Delivery:
We aim to deliver our products within 01 – 02 days (UK mainland only, and within 15 days for other countries) from the date we receive cleared payment, however this is subject to Royal Mail delivery service and is outside the control of Tam Vo Co Ltd.
For wholesale trade, please provide us with information about the item codes and quantity according to your requirements via email: info@tamvo.co.uk. We aim to respond to all requests by the next working day.
Tam Vo Co. Limited is not guaranteed for delivery on weekend or any Bank Holidays unless specially arranged. Tam Vo Co. Limited is not responsible for any loss or claim resulting from this fact.
Jewellery made with SWAROVSKI ELEMENTS are handmade from the moment orders are received (excluding products available in store) and therefore our standard delivery time for these specific products is within 04 - 08 weeks. Should you require urgent delivery please contact us via email info@tamvo.co.uk.
If you ordered a commissioned piece or it has been engraved, we hope you will understand that it cannot be returned or exchanged.
Shipments dispatched remain our responsibility until received by the recipient. Tam Vo Co. Limited is not responsible for products where delivery has been attempted but no signature was obtained by the delivery company.
Products shipped abroad may be liable to tax or duty (charges) applied by the recipient's country's customs. This is out of Tam Vo Co. Limited control and something we cannot accept responsibility for.
6. Claim:
Please ensure you inspect and contact Tam Vo Co Ltd within seventy two (72) hours of receipt of your order if there are any problems with your order, otherwise goods shall be deemed to comply with the terms of the contract. NOTE HANDBAGS CANNOT BE RETURNED ONCE THE SECURITY SEAL HAS BEEN BROKEN / REMOVED. Please ensure you're completely happy with the product before use.
We are unable to take any liability for compensation but will replace faulty items and shipping costs (if applicable). We are unable to accept returns and exchanges for any items that have been used or damaged by the customer. Please refer to our returns policy.
In the event of damage during shipment contact the shipper and Tam Vo Co Ltd immediately. Once you have filed a claim with the shipper please pass their unique reference number to Tam Vo Co Ltd where we will then deal with the shipper directly on your behalf. Please ensure you RETAIN all original packing materials otherwise this may invalidate your claim. We will replace your product as soon as the claim is settled with the shipper.
We can only accept complaints regarding our products by E-mail or fax and request you include your full name, address, order details and/or item codes, delivery date and condition of shipment (packages) on arrival. All products returned remain the responsibility of the customer until received back by Tam Vo Co. Limited together with the appropriate paperwork and packaging.
7. Warranty:
For jewellery made with SWAROVSKI ELEMENTS, we warrant that all of our products are free from defects in the original workmanship and materials for a period of twelve months from the date of delivery (and for six months after every service). We do not warrant any of our products against normal wear and tear or damage due to misuse or accident. There is no warranty if you lose any part of your jewellery, metal, stones, etc. Labour repair costs may be free (depending on the warranty designation below), but the cost of replaced stones or missing parts will be charged at our cost. We will always endeavour to keep repair costs at a minimum.
Original Manufacturing Defect:
All jewellery made with SWAROVSKI ELEMENTS are guaranteed to be free of manufacturing defects at the time of delivery. In the unlikely event that there is a problem with your jewellery it can be returned back to us for inspection. We will refund your shipping cost and will ship the item back to you at our expense ONLY if the problem is designated to be a "original manufacturing defect". Any alterations performed after delivery (including resizing) will void this warranty.
Warranty does not apply to any damage caused by regular wear and tear or physical damage (whether accidental or not). If your jewellery made with SWAROVSKI ELEMENTS is badly worn or misshaped or has defects or lost stones as a result of abuse or prolonged wear and tear, we will attempt to correct and repair any problems at minimal cost. Shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.
Out of Warranty:
We are not responsible for items subjected to excessive or improper wear and tear, abuse or physical damage (whether accidental or not), altered or repaired elsewhere. We have a right to refuse such a repair. Any shipping charges will be the customer's responsibility. We return repairs by Special Delivery although you can pay for alternatives if you want a faster or more reliable service (e.g. FedEx). Customers must exercise proper care to minimize any damage and the insurance and protection of your jewellery is solely the responsibility of the customer. Tam Vo Co. Limited will not be held liable for any theft or loss or any resulting damages whatsoever that may occur during the six month warranty period.
8. Force Majeure:
In the event of force majeure such as earthquake, aircraft, shipwreck, war, strikes, shortage or unavailability of materials from suppliers and other calamities which hinder any side of Agreement not complying which his agreed obligations, neither side shall be liable for such failure. The suffering Side must notify the other side timely for continuous attempting settlement.
We reserve the right to change these Terms & Conditions of use from time to time without prior notices.
These Terms & Conditions of use are governed by the law of England and you and we agree to use the English courts if there is any dispute between us.
If any part of these Terms & Conditions of use is found to be invalid by law, the rest of them remain valid and enforceable.
9. Returns Policy:
Returns and refunds, we hope that you love your order so much that you don't want to return it, but if you do, please note our policy below.
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase you can return it for an exchange or refund within 7 days of delivery, providing it has not been worn or used and is in its original packaging to Tam Vo Co Ltd.
To return an item, please place the item in its original packaging, include the delivery note, and state whether you would like an exchange or refund and the reason for return. If you do not include the delivery note we may be unable to trace your order.
We advise that you return using a recorded service for your own protection as we cannot take responsibility for items lost in transit.
Please note that SALE items CANNOT be returned to Tam Vo Co Ltd.
Faulty Items:
If the goods are faulty or being returned due to our error we will refund costs incurred in returning the items. If the purchase was not faulty we can only refund the cost of the product and not postage.
If the purchase was made by credit card refunds can only be made to the card used originally to make the purchase.
And if you still have any questions or something doesn't make sense after all that legal blurb then please call us, we're really nice!
ICE London products: (Yes - they have a lawyer to!)
Repair Procedure:
Talented and quality-conscious individuals produce ICE London products, however, occasionally a product may need repair. While ICE London does not give a lifetime guarantee on any product, we do have a repair facility. We will do our best to repair items that are submitted, but please understand that not all submissions can be repaired due to the extent of the damage and/or wear and tear, nor can they be restored to their original state.
The decision on whether or not a product can be repaired is at the sole discretion of our repair team. ICE London reserves the right to refuse any repair.
It is our policy that all items for repair are returned to the store where they were originally purchased. If that is not possible, you need to contact our repair centre at the details below to request a repair authorization number:

NOTE:
We are not responsible for damages or loss during shipment, so please have your shipment insured, and keep a copy of your tracking number. In the event we are not able to repair your ICE London product, then we can return the item to you without charging for handling or shipping costs.
All crystallised ICE London products are fragile so need to be handled with all due care. We cannot accept any returns that our repair team inspect and can see they have not been handled as set out in this disclaimer.
